Player Intake & Registration
Quickly process player entries! Click [Add Player] to add a new entrant, enter the first few letters of the Player Name and [Tab] to activate the Smart Lookup feature, select or reject the proposed player, click [Paid Status] to record receipt fo their entry fee and click [Assign Seat] to randomly assign a seat or assign manually.

- Smart Look up Player Name Entry Crosschecks Against Member Table
- Non-Member Entries are Flagged with * to Indicate Historical Member Tracking is Disabled
- Random Seat Selector with Optional Override
- Paid Status Checkbox Indicates Entry Fee Has Been Collected (and will be reflected in the prize pool)
- Add on Checkbox Indicates if the Player has paid for the Add on (if applicable)
- Re-Entries Count Captures the number of times the Player Re-entered into the Event
- Eliminated checkbox is used to determine chop allocation and to reveal bounty holder for secret bounty events.
- Footer Totals Conveniently Track Accumulation of Key Player Metrics

Set the Event/Venue Capacity Parameters
- How many tables can the event or venue support?
- What is the max number of chairs per table?
- What is the min number of players per table (used by the "Release Tables ... option)?

Release Tables As Player Field Builds option opens the next available table for
random seat selection when the Min # of Players threshold is met

Have some fun and throw a little shade to your fellow team member and congratulate them for being the first player eliminated from the tournament.
